Member Acknowledgement Form

We are excited to spotlight and share news about our members!

This form is to be used to share updates for inclusion in an upcoming edition of the ACMS Bulletin magazine. Examples of submissions include member awards and achievements, member and past-member obituaries, and life announcements (such as births, weddings, etc.). 

Please include any pertinent information, including links and photos. Due to space constraints, ACMS may edit submissions to fit the space allotted for member acknowledgments. Submissions must be received by the first day of month to be included in that month’s upcoming edition (example: to be included in the April edition of the ACMS Bulletin, the submission must be received by April 1st).
